Mr. Sahender Singh Chauhan
Founder and Executive Chairman
Sahender Singh Chauhan is the Founder and Executive Chairman of our Company and has extensive experience in the metal and forging industry. He has been conferred a Doctorate of Philosophy in the specialised course of Politics and Social Services by the Social Awareness and Peace University, Florida.
As the Founder, he has played a pivotal role in the development and evolution of the Company and brings deep industry knowledge and manufacturing expertise to its leadership. He provides strategic direction to the Company and oversees key areas including product development, sourcing and manufacturing operations. His extensive understanding of the forging industry continues to guide the Company’s operational capabilities, business development and long-term strategic direction.
Mr. Vineet Chauhan
Managing Director
Vineet Chauhan has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since 2007 and has over 19 years of experience in the metal and forging industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Panjab University and a Masters degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham, England.
He is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the Company, with a focus on business strategy, growth initiatives, capacity expansion and customer development. He leads the Company’s strategic growth plans and focuses on strengthening customer relationships, expanding the Company’s business and driving its long-term growth.
Mrs. Smriti Sindhu Chauhan
Whole-Time Director
She holds a master’s of science in accounting from the Sawyer Business School, Suffolk University, USA, and is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is responsible for overseeing the human resources and CSR activities of our Company. Prior to joining the Company, she was associated with the erstwhile D.S. Engineers, which has been merged with our Company with effect from April 1, 2026, and has over 8 years of professional experience in the field of administrative operations.
Mr. Maninder Singh Grewal
Independent Director
He has obtained his bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi, and has passed the examinations for qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also completed the global program for management development from the Ross School of Business, Michigan. He has been associated with Punjab Tractors Limited and Mahindra & Mahindra Limited and has served as the chief financial officer and the chief executive officer of Swaraj Engines Limited. He has over 30 years of professional experience in the field of finance and accounting.
Ms. Arshdeep Kaur
Independent Director
She has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since December 1, 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in finance and control, both from the Panjab University. She is an associate member of and holds a certificate of practice from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She also serves on the board of directors of various other listed and unlisted Companies. She has nearly 10 years of experience in secretarial practices.
Col. (Retd.) Kulwant Kumar Sharma
Independent Director
He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, a master’s of science degree in defence from the University of Madras, a master’s degree in business administration from the Indira Gandhi National Open University, and has completed the doctorate of management from the Swiss Management Center University. He has also obtained a post-graduate diploma in human rights from the Indian Institute of Human Rights, diploma in senior defence management from the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, and has completed the course on post-graduate studies from the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, India. He has over 31 years of professional experience, including with the Ministry of Defence India, followed by senior leadership roles in education and training. He has been awarded the United Nations Medal for his role in peacekeeping operations in Cambodia and has served as a facilitator in United Nations Military Observers and Civilian Police Officers training programmes conducted by the Department of Peacekeeping Operations, New Delhi.

He has passed the examination for bachelor’s of science degree from Kurukshetra University, and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 34 years of experience in financial and accounting functions, and oversees the financial and accounting operations of our Company. Prior to joining our Company, he has been associated with various prominent Groups.
CS Gourav Kapoor
Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
He has obtained a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Panjab University and is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is responsible for day-to-day secretarial and legal compliances of our Company. He has over 13 years of experience in the secretarial field. Prior to joining our Company, he has been associated with various listed and unlisted Companies as a Company Secretary.
